The aim of the Catering Business Audit is to investigate business concerns, address inefficiencies, improve operational effectiveness and coordinate ongoing management of the main cost drivers of the club’s catering operation.
By identifying opportunities to increase sales and recognising areas of improvement, the goal is to raise net profit levels to meet or exceed industry KPI and operational benchmark measures.
Catering Business Audit - Methodology
1. Conduct pre-audit consultation with club management,
2. Review annual reports, analyse profit & loss reports (past and current), review sales reports and other business information or statistical data,
3. Conduct an onsite consultation and investigation to complete the Catering Business Audit including, but not limited to the following:
